‘सिपना डिजिटल आर्काइव्ह’ मध्ये आपले स्वागत आहे . प्राचीन भारतीय ज्ञान परंपरेशी निगडित दुर्मिळ साहित्य अभ्यासकांना उपलब्ध करून देण्याकरिता संस्थेद्वारे सिपना डिजिटल आर्काइव्ह हा उपक्रम सुरु करण्यात आला आहे . दानकर्त्यांकडून संस्थेस प्राप्त झालेले तसेच संस्थेद्वारा संचालित महाविद्यालयांमध्ये उपलब्ध असणाऱ्या प्राचीन व दुर्मिळ अशा ग्रंथाना डिजिटल माध्यमातून इंटरनेट द्वारा या क्षेत्रातील अभ्यासक व संशोधकांपर्यंत पोहचविण्याकरीता सिपना डिजिटल आर्काइव्ह एक प्रभावी माध्यम सिद्ध होईल हा मला विश्वास आहे. या आर्काइव्ह मध्ये संदर्भ ग्रंथ , धर्म, तत्वज्ञान , इतिहास , भाषाशात्र, व्याकरण , योग , आरोग्य , प्रशासन , संस्कृती , कला, साहित्य, इत्यादी भारतीय पारंपरिक ज्ञानाचा अंतर्भाव असलेले लिखित साहित्य डिजिटल स्वरूपात संग्रहित करण्यात आले आहे .
राष्ट्रीय शैक्षणिक धोरण एन .इ .पी. २०२० नुसार , देशांर्तगत शिक्षणाच्या सर्व स्तरावरील अभ्यासक्रमातील इंडियन नॉलेज सिस्टीम- IKS ( भारतीय ज्ञान प्रणाली ) चा समावेश करण्यात आला आहे . विद्यार्थ्यांना प्राचीन भारतीय ज्ञान व आजच्या ज्ञान प्रणालीची सांगड घालता यावी या दृष्टीने या डिजिटल आर्काइव्ह चा उपयोग सगळ्या अभ्यासक्रमांच्या विद्यार्थ्यांना व संशोधकांना होऊ शकतो . याकरीता आर्काइव्ह चा मोठ्या प्रमाणात प्रचार प्रसार तसेच उपयोग करावा असे आवाहन संस्थेतर्फे मी करीत आहे . तसेच विविध ग्रंथालयांमध्ये व अभ्यासकांकडे जर दुर्मिळ ग्रंथ असतील तर त्यांनी ते डिजिटायझेशन करण्याकरिता संस्थेस द्यावेत , डिजिटायझेशनची प्रक्रिया झाल्यानंतर ग्रंथांची मूळ प्रत सॉफ्ट कॉपी सहित परत करण्यात येईल . या डिजिटल आर्काइव्ह करीता सर्वात आधी १०५ दुर्मिळ ग्रंथांचा संग्रह सिपना शिक्षण प्रसारक मंडळाला भेटस्वरूपात देणारे माझे मित्र डॉ. सुधीर एन. भिवापूरकर यांना मनापासून धन्यवाद देतो

Welcome to ‘Sipna Digital Archive’. It is an initiative taken by Sipna Shikshan Prasarak Mandal to make available the rare literature related to the ancient Indian knowledge tradition for the researchers and academicians. This archive comprised of the digitized rare books gifted by the donors as well as the rare books available in college libraries run by SSPM. I believe that Sipna Digital Archive will prove to be an effective medium for bringing the ancient and rare books for the scholars and researchers in this field. In this archive, literature covering Indian traditional knowledge like reference books on religion, philosophy, history, linguistics, grammar, yoga, health, administration, culture and art, etc. is stored in digital form.
According to the National Education Policy ( N.E.P. 2020 ), the Indian Knowledge System (IKS) has been included in the curriculum at all levels of education in the country. This digital archive can be used by the teachers, researchers & students of all courses to enable them to combine ancient Indian knowledge with todays knowledge system. On behalf of the organization, I appeal all to promote and use the archive on a large scale. If any library or a person is having rare books pertaining to Indian traditional knowledge, they may give those books to the organization for digitization, after the process of digitization, the original copy of the books will be returned back to them along with the soft copy of their books.
My sincere thanks to my friend Dr. Sudhir N. Bhiwapurkar who is the first who gifted a collection of 105 rare books to our organization for this digital archive.Jagdish Gupta
